Workshop: Business Model Innovation and Strategy Development in  a Digital World

The workshop is designed for executives, innovators and business development teams facing the task of developing a new business model and strategy that exploits the opportunities and possibilities of the digital economy. Participants work intensively on their own project and at the end of the workshop, they will have a tangible result in their hands.



Participants go through an exemplified strategy development process based on a concrete project in the company. The starting point and content are therefore coordinated intensively in advance to make the workshop as efficient as possible. The following elements are the basis for the design:
