The participants learn and experience agile methods to develop service offerings that inspire customers. The entire arc from discovering previously unfulfilled customer needs and understanding the customer situation to ideation, prototyping and testing of product ideas is covered using practical examples. The design of digital services or digital service aspects are intensively considered.



Participants learn modern methods can be used to successfully develop service innovations not only theoretically, but also based on of best-practice examples and by applying the methods in practice during the workshop. This includes:
