Lean management has become a stable basis for many companies. However, globalization, digitalization and the resulting hypercompetition mean that Lean Management alone is no longer sufficient to generate the innovative power and speed in the company that is necessary to stay at the top. It is not difficult to further develop Lean Management so that companies become agile and can react quickly to changes and new requirements. Lean principles, such as dealing with errors and avoiding waste, and methods, such as Kanban, were the basis for agile methods, such as Scrum. In this workshop, participants will work out how their own company can become agile on the basis of Lean Management.
The workshop provides participants with the skills and management tools they need to add agile processes to an existing lean management system and make the company more adaptable and successful.
